Eagle Scout Ryan Anderson erected this memorial honoring military veterans from the Bear River City area. It was dedicated on Veterans Day 2004. For this small agricultural community of less than 900 people, it has seen a high degree of patriotism expressed by its veterans. The memorial plaque reads:

Description of Memorial: Erected in front of the Bear River City government offices, the memorial is a black anodized plaque mounted on steel posts alongside a circular planter surrounded by three flagposes.
