Brank's does excellent pit smoked BBQ. The meat is slow cooked with a dry rub and sauce is served on the side. As they say in Texas, good BBQ doesn't need sauce.
One of the owner's daughters is gluten intolerant so they have made everything on the menu gluten free except for the corn bread and mousse dessert sprinkled with crushed Oreos.
