The Van Horn Mansion located in Burt, New York near Olcott Beach is now being restored and open for tours.
Numerous folks have reported seeing the ghost of Malinda the owners wife in a second story window and there is even a photo for visitors to look at.
Th coordinates listed take you to the historic marker on the properties front lawn. From there it is easy to find the main entrance. Check the sign for buisiness hours if you want to take a tour.
