1st Avenue Park is a large treed park adjacent to Columbia river. There are picnic tables and a playground that has swings, jungle gym with slide and a ladder comes complete with a play ice cream booth.

This is a nice park to bring the children to play, have a stroll and enjoy a picnic lunch.
