In appreciation for Lon's many years if dedicated service to the people of the Napa Valley as a captain in the Napa Police reserve, Lon held the highest rank that an office can attain. He also directed th crime prevention unit, and honorably served the citizens of Napa for over 28 years.
Lon enjoyed working with children and devoted countless hours on the behalf. He spent nearly three decades enriching the lives of others as a 4H leader. Lon delighted thousands of his secret role as Looni the clown.
