The 800 lbs bear was made by a North Carolinian artist and bought in Colorado by former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. The bear cost 20,000 dollars and is nicknamed 'bacteria bear' because he touched so much by tourists and visitors. The bear stands on all four legs in front of the governors office at the capitol.
