Lion's Club park is a lovely oasis in a residential neighborhood. It has been the home of the annual Czech Fest during the last weekend of July since the festival's inception in 1950. The festival draws folks from many miles around for kolaches, Czech cultural heritage, an art show, Polka-band entertainment, and F-U-N!!
A flagpole and monument in the center of the park is dedicated to the hardy Czech pioneers who founded the town.
