Na míste kostela z 13. století postaven pocátkem 16. století nový dvojlodní kostel. Roku 1613 sklenuto dvojlodí a postavena vež. Kolem roku 1740 zrízen štít nad záverem, který vytvárí ilusi hlavního prucelí, a upraveny fasády i zarízení kostela.
