Es handelt sich um eine fünfstöckige Galerieholländermühle die ein aus rotem Backstein errichteten oktogonalen Unterbau (Turm) und ein reetgedecktes Dach hat. Die Flügel haben eine Länge von etwa 22 Metern.

Die Mühle ließ der Müller Hass 1850 durch den Mühlenbauer Carl Friedrich Trahn (1806 - 1888) errichten.

1995 erhielt die Mühle - mit Unterstützung durch den Heimatverband Eutin und die Bürgergemeinschaft Eutin - ein neues Flügelkreuz.

Die Eutiner Windmühle wird als Gaststätte genutzt.

It is a five-storey "Galerieholländermühle" a built in red brick octagonal base (tower) and a thatched roof has. The blades have a length of about 22 meters.

The mill was put in order by the miller Hass 1850 to the millwright Carl Friedrich Trahn (1806 - 1888).

1995, the mill with the support of the "Heimatverband Eutin" and Eutin community got a new wing cross.

The Eutiner windmill is used as a restaurant.
