Mit ihrer Dachkonstruktion, die wie ein Schirm beschützend das Gemäuer deckt, stellt diese schöne Kirche auch eine architektonische Bereicherung für das Trappenkamper Ortsbild da.
Da in Trappenkamp, sowie in vielen anderen Orten auch, bedürftige Menschen leben, entstand 2006/2007 der Gedanke einer Suppenküche, mit dem Ziel, bedürftigen Kindern und Erwachsenen einmal wöchentlich eine warme Mahlzeit kostenlos zu bereiten. Diese Einrichtung hat sehr großen Zuspruch bekommen, nicht nur um eine Mahlzeit zu erhalten, sondern auch mit anderen Menschen zu reden.

With its roof construction, which protectively covers the walls like an umbrella, makes this beautiful church as well as an architectural asset to the Trapp Kamper village.
As in Trappenkamp, as well as in many other places, vulnerable people live, 2006/2007 was the idea of ??a soup kitchen to prepare with the aim of needy children and adults once a week a hot meal for free. This device has got very well received, not only to get a meal, but also to talk to other people.
