In 2011 Vermont had some horrific floods that destroyed many homes and businesses. Cider House was not spared from the flooding, however the owner dug in (literally) and cleaned, rebuilt and fixed his restaurant.
Cider House has an expansive array of BBQ, cover Louisiana, Kansas City and St Louis. In addition to the preparation of the food, they try their darndest to buy their wares from local farmers and producers.
