The Turner Building is located at 9 N. Water Street and is a four-story brick building constructed in 1910. The remodeled front entrance has a single, recessed aluminum and glass door, flanked by large display window with stone bulkheads. This entry leads to interior access to upper floors. A cloth awning runs the full width of the facade. Rusticated stone blocks form columns at either side of the building.
The upper three floors are divided into three bays, separated by continuous limestone quoins around each bay, capped on the 4th level with limestone arches. Windows on the fourth floor are boarded. Each bay on the second and third levels has a pair of fixed pane windows. Each pair has a stone sill and header. Above each bay, two limestone portholes act as attic vents. Above these vents a stone band appears to have once held a cornice, which has been removed. Above this is a row of dentils and a band of stacked bricks in a darker color. The parapet has stone coping and a stepped portion at the center has a stone name/date block reading: "TURNER / 1910".
The building has several tenants, two of which are the Creek National Children's Mental Health Initiative and Professional Hearing Healthcare. This building is a Contributing Building to the Sapulpa Downtown Historic District.
