The city of Tualatin has several pieces of art placed around town, and this dog statue is part of that program. This location shows a young girl on a bench, holding her ice cream high, to prevent the dog from enjoying the cone, while two kittens watch.
The plaque that is installed on the ground next to the statue does not provide the name of the piece, so I've taken the liberty to call the dog Ben and the girl with the cone Geri.
The artist is Pete Heizer.
