This is just a few feet east of the highway, right on the Canada US border at the Paterson Border Crossing. It is directly across from its partner, Mon 174-A. They are on Highway 22 in Canada and Highway 25 in the US.

Though Mon 174 has a datasheet(two, actually), neither this nor MON 174-A have datasheets. Mon 174 was monumented in 1905. These two were monumented well after that, possibly 1945 at the earliest. Benchmark W280 is set in the concrete pad.
