Monumented in 1985, the wheels of government must, indeed, turn slowly as this hasn't yet made it on to either Canadian or US survey websites. Mon-142, the original, is up the hill to the west, and MON-143 is up the hill to the east, so this isn't a replacement for either of those. Hence, we have no PID and no datasheet (yet - maybe by 2023).

It still looks brand new - a gleaming stainless steel obelisk about 4 1/2 feet tall, set in a concrete pad marked 1985 and No 142A.
