Located in a small farming community with a population of less than 50 people. It is situated at the only cross-road in town. Trying to find information on this monument always ended with no information. I searched the internet. I spoke with the pastor of the local church, and even chatted with an elderly gentleman on the porch of his home. All to no avail.
