The Historical Marker on the building reads:

North Sanpete Bank

The North Sanpete Bank
building was erected in 1899.
It is the only Romanesque
style building on Main Street.
It was originally occupied by
the North Sanpete Bank, with
W.D. Candland as its
President. In 1933 it was
occupied by the Fairview Bank.
