This sewer cap bears the symbol of Pennsylvania, the keystone. The keystone is read and has the letters KT CO. This is the only manhole cover in the city I have ever seen which bears this state ion. The cover is near a stone wall and a geocache. There is a huge red, metal sculpture to the rear or north of this cover.
