A bit of climbing is required to get to this one. It's on the top of the hill to the east and can actually be seen from near the bottom. It's about 100 metres east and 75 metres up, from the highway at the border crossing. This is one of the silver painted steel obelisks, mounted on a concrete base.

CONCRETE BASE AND PROJECTS 4-1/2 FEET ABOVE THE BASE. ---CANADA---
IS CAST ON THE NORTH FACE OF THE SHAFT,---UNITED STATES---ON THE
SOUTH FACE, AND---TREATY OF 1846, LINE ESTABLISHED 1857-1907---ON THE
EAST FACE. ON THE WEST FACE IS A PLATE BEARING THE NUMBER OF THE
MONUMENT.
