The Judge Colvig House (also known as the William Mason House and the George Schumpf House) is located on the corner of S. Oregon Street and Fir St in Jacksonville, OR. This house is listed in the Jacksonville Historic District as a contributing building. This house is also significant for the reason that it was the boyhood home of Vance DeBar "Pinto" Colvig, better known as 'Bozo the Clown'. In addition to the Bozo the Clown plaque, there is another plaque from the Oregon Historical Society that hangs on a white picket fence in front of the house and reads:

Said to be in service
from 1922 to 1931.
Discovered in the woods
near Elderberry Flats
and Battle Creek by
