This 100 m long and 4 m wide steel pedestrian suspension bridge, called Hradní lávka (Castle pedestrian bridge), connects Ostravice riversides from Výstavište Cerná Louka (Exhibition grounds Cerná Louka) to Slezskoostravský hrad (Castle).
The bridge, here opened for public use in 2004, is older structure previously used in Mine Šverma, where it was connecting Ostrava districts Mariánské Hory and Hoštálkovice over river Odra. In october 2003 it was disassembled and moved to the present coordinates.
