Almost everything on the menu can be made gluten free: pizza, pasta, antipasti. The rustic pizza is cooked on the brick floor of an 800 degree wood fired oven for two minutes, producing a blistered crust with a heavenly light char and chewy bite. One pizza is not quite big enough for two people to share.
