The Chula Vista Harbor, at the southern end of San Diego Bay, is fairly isolated from much of the bay traffic at the northern end. This facility provides officers for those Harbor Police officers who deal with the boating public from the Chula Vista Harbor and from marinas on the southern and central portion of the Silver Strand directly across the bay.

I have had NO problems with taking photos of Police stations but please respect the fact that some services may be nervous about having their photo taken and inquire as to why... I have found that once things are explained they are more than happy to let me photograph the building, crest, chief... (they are people too!)
