Two volcanic plugs, Gros Piton and Petit Piton, have become iconic figures representing Saint Lucia for many and all of the Caribbean for some. This UNESCO natural world heritage site can be visited by land, sea or air. The nearest towns are Soufrière and Choiseul. The Jalousie Plantation is found between the peaks and welcomes tourists with varied interests.
