This is a fairly simple clock attached high on the side of the Student Union Building. It has silver metal tick marks for the hours, with the exception of the 12, which is a large red "U", the ubiquitous symbol of the University of Utah. The hour and minute hands are the same silver metal as the hour tick marks on the circumference of the clock. The hour marks are attached directly to the yellowish bricks of the building. There is not exposed housing or frame to the clock.
