Almost all of the sculptures in Oslo's Frogner Park (there are approximately 150) are by Gustav Vigeland. This is just one of them and is located in the center of the eastern side of the central bridge.
It depicts a lifesized naked man around 30 years-old standing very relaxed. His arms rest behind his back as he shifts his weight to his right leg.
Unfortunately, none of Vigeland's works have placards which inform us of a title for the piece...and the poster of this Waymark was unable to find a catologue online. The name of the Waymark will be amended if additional information comes forth indicating the work's true title.
Vigeland constructed the sculptures from 1924 to 1944...but again, there is no information at the site about each individual piece's date.
