Banks Lake

This man-made reservoir is named for
Frank A. Banks

who supervised construction of Grand Coulee Dam and other great reclamation structures. An outstanding leader of men and a distinguished engineer. His life was dedicated to placing the wealth of natural resources in the Pacific Northwest at the service of mankind.
