This has been a place where the community wold gather to make justice. In 1742 a stone was placed on the location to mark it. Traditionally Wednesday was the day. By mid-day, with the presence of a judge (elected amongst the edible man of the community and then approved by the Count of Avintes), the open air court would open. It was active until 1832.
The place has a stone table surrounded by three stone benches. There was a large tree on teh spot, to protect the people from the sun. This tree was destroyed by an anger neighbor and later wiped out by a storm.
