Placed in February 2013, "Grandmother's Fan" was painted by Marion Byrd per the Kingsport Times-News article (2/10/2013). Located on the Commerce Street side of Cindy Saadeh Fine Art Gallery.
Thanks to a grant from Kingsport Community Foundation, a new walking trail will feature almost 20 quilt blocks.
