I found it from the CORS site, but it doesn't show up on the Geocaching benchmark list.

Go South on Houghton Road from Interstate 10, East of Tucson, for about 5 miles. Cross Sauhaurita Road and pass East Vista Monte Drive. Turn Left into the parking lot for Sycamore Elementary School. The station is on the roof of the furthest building to the East of that complex.
