There are ten of these dedicated pavers in all, purchased to help defray the cost of placing this water pump in the rear yard of this 1821 home. There is a plaque on the hand pump which reads:

Constructed By
MATTHEW TOMILSON
Boy Scout Troop 179 of Haddon Township
Supervised By
Mike Sentore, Scout master,
Helped By
Ken Tomilson, Matthew Dezi,
Mr. Dezi And Dan Penney
August 30, 2006

The pump looks authentic even though it has the 2006 date on the plaque. The pavers are also in terrific shape. I imagine original pieces were used to reconstruct the pump. I have no idea if the pump is functioning as I did not put hands on it. Parking is available street side on the left or east end of the house, off of the main drag.
