Located on the west side of Fairlawn Cemetery, this mausolea honors three Oklahoma Bishops. This area of the cemetery is set aside for the final resting place of many who served God.

The inscription honoring Oklahoma's First Bishop is the bottom of three, and has the following text:

Born August 24, 1847, Russeignes, Belgium
Ordained Priest December 23, 1871
Appointed Vicar Apostolic of Indian Territory June 2, 1891
Consecrated Bishop September 8, 1891

Died February 21, 1924
