Happy BiBim Bap House is a family-oriented Korean restaurant near Salem's Capitol Mall area. It opened in May 2012. They feature authentic Korean food for dine-in or take-out. Their signature dish is the BiBimBap, which means “mixed meal.” It is a bowl of warm white rice, topped with sautéed and seasoned vegetables, chili paste and often topped with fried egg and sliced meat. There are many appetizers, soups, Korean items and Japanese foods on the menu.
