The bike rack at the Bowles Life Center is as cool as the place -- and that's pretty cool! We loved the feeling of rolling motion this bike tender gave us.
Opened in 2006, the Bowles life center is about improving the whole lives of people and communities. Besides the regular park and rec center offerings, the Bowles Life Center has a public library and a police storefront to address minor neighborhood problems before they get to be big neighborhood problems.
The day we were there, only one bike rider was using the rack -- but it is still wintertime in North Texas. Come spring, there'll be more bikes here for sure!
