Good Morning America originated from the ABC studios located at 1500 Broadway at the southeast corner of Broadway and 43rd Street in Times Square.

Perhaps the most viewed and walked upon time capsule is in front of the ABC studio from which Good Morning America is produced. Thousands of tourists pass by this spot daily. Many come to watch the show, to be seen on TV, and to give shout-outs to the folks back home. The time capsule is right beneath their feet on the corner of Broadway and 43rd Street.
The capsule is below a brass plate set in the sidewalk. The plate is the size and shape of the many manhole covers in the area. It is inscribed:
