This is the second last elevator that was built in Blaine Lake, by Saskatchewan Wheat Pool. It happened in 1985. By that time concrete was the building material of choice and the next, built by Cargill in 1986, used concrete.

Given that this is Sask. Pool "E", and one of two still standing, it seems that Blaine Lake has seen a great deal of attrition in the ranks.

It is no longer listed as a licensed elevator by the Canadian Grain Commission and the railway tracks, though still in place, are no longer in use, so, if this elevator is still in use, it would be privately.
Currently used as a grain elevator: no
