The coat of arms of Orlamünde is the historical coat of arms of the former Country of Weimar-Orlamünde. It shows a black lion in gold with 10 red hearts. Orlamünde lies in the Thuringian Saale-Holzland, directly at the mouth of Orla in the river Saale. Between the towns of Jena and Rudolstadt. This coat of arms is at the Gothic town hall over the door!
Das heutige Stadtwappen ist das historische Wappen der ehemaligen Grafschaft Weimar-Orlamünde! Es zeigt einen schwarzen Löwen in Gold mit 10 roten Herzen. Orlamünde liegt im thüringischem Saale-Holzland Kreis, direkt an der Mündung der Orla in die Saale, zwischen den Städten Jena und Rudolstadt. Dieses Wappen befindet sich am Eingang des spätgotischen Rathauses!
