The clock is mounted on the tower of Cadogan Hall to the north of Sloane Square in London. The face, that is round and white in colour, is slightly recessed into the south face of the tower.
Te hour and minute marks appear to have been cut from one piece of metal and are coloured black. Roman numerals are used for the hour marks. The hands, that are simple in design, are also coloured black.
