This orientation table is a rectangular brass plate with the landscape shape incised into the surface and the feature names and heights stamped into the surface below.
The plate bears the inscription "This is a Gnowangerup Rotary Club project erected on land donated by past member Louis Joubert and opened by M.C. House M.L.A. in April 1986".
The engraving on brass is not easy to read in a full width photo so I've provided a sectioned closeup and also added a lettered series of pointers in the final closeup view.
