This Kugel is located in an open area towards the southern end of the Singapore Botanical Gardens. When I arrived there was literally a little (Korean) girl pushing the ball around.

The Ball is ~half a metre in diameter, composed of granite, and is red and brown in colour. It is the centrepiece of a fountain. There was no plaque at the fountain itself, but there is one close by (in gallery). This plaque states that the "Swiss Granite Fountain" was moved to this locale in May 2006, and that it is "interactive". Most likely this is the fountain referred to.

Surprisingly, there was no signage indicating the existence of the Ball. However, it is popular with visitors. Everyone from children to grandmas climbed up to push the ball around.
