This disk is set in a raised concrete slab in front of the W entrance to the building. The raised slab is part of a sidewalk running N-S parallel to the W side of the building and the disk is near the NW corner of the slab. Disk is also stamped with the elevation (860) which is also noted on USGS 7.5' quad for this area.

The building is located along the E side of Path Valley RD (PA 75) - about 250 feet N of the intersection of Fannettsburg RD.
