This USC&GS Benchmark is located on the north side of Monroe City Park, just south of the fence and a red fiberglass witness post, in Monroe, Utah.

Described by National Geodetic Survey 1994 (AJL).
The station is located about 16 km (9.95 mi) south-southwest of Richfield, 8 km (4.95 mi) southeast of Interstate Highway 70, in the town of Monroe, in grass near the northwest corner of the north one of two baseball diamonds in Monroe Park, and just west of a light pole. Ownership--City of Monroe.
To reach from the junction of US Highway 89 and State Highways 258 and 118 about 5 km (3.10 mi) north-northwest of Monroe, go south-southeast on Highway 118 for 6.5 km (4.05 mi) (passing through the town of Austin) to a crossroad in the town of Monroe (100 South) where Highway 118 turns right, west. Turn right, west, on highway 118 for 0.56 km (0.35 mi) to a paved road left. Turn left, south, on road for 0.10 km (0.05 mi) to a dirt road right. Turn right, west, on dirt road for 0.11 km (0.05 mi) to the station on the left just past the second walk through gate. Station is a punch hole top center of a stainless steel rod in a 2.5 cm grease filled sleeve 90 cm long encased in a 12.7 cm PVC pipe with a logo cap surrounded by concrete set flush with the ground. It is 48.9 m (160.4 ft) northeast of a light pole, 37.1 m (121.7 ft) east of a chain link fence, 10.5 m (34.4 ft) south of the center of the dirt road, 9.1 m (29.9 ft) west of a light pole, 7.0 m (23.0 ft) west-southwest of west post of the walk through gate, 2.7 km (1.65 mi) south of a fiberglass witness post in a chain link fence. The station is located about 16.0 km (9.95 mi) south-southwest of Richfield, about 9.01 km (5.60 mi) east of the junction of Interstate Highway 70 and County Route 118, exit 26, in the city of Monroe on the west side of 300 West Street and near the northwest corner of Monroe City Park. Ownership--City of Monroe.
To reach the station from the junction of Interstate Highway 70 and County Route 118, exit 26, located 17.7 km (11.00 mi) southwest of Richfield, east on County Route 118 for 9.01 km (5.60 mi) to the intersection of 300 West Street on the right. Turn right and go south on 300 West Street for 0.16 to the junction of a dirt road on the right, leading west along the north side of Monroe Park. Turn right and go west on the road for 0.08 km (0.05 mi) to the station on the left. It is 37.1 m (121.7 ft) east of the west perimeter fence for the park, 9.14 m (29.99 ft) west of a large light pole with 5 flood lights, 7.01 m (23.00 ft) southwest of the west gate post of an entrance gate in the fence, 2.89 m (9.48 ft) south of a fiberglass witness post set in the fence line and 2.08 m (6.82 ft) south of the north perimeter fence for the park.

County Route 118 referenced in the recovery notes is actually Utah State Highway 118. The dirt road proceeding west from 300 West Street along the north side of Monroe City Park is now paved with asphalt.
