Olhos d'Água might had been an independent village a long time ago, but these days it's just a suburb of the well known touristic town of Albufeira. And there is a famous beach here.

This is one of the many beaches around Albufeira, in Algarve, Southern Portugal. It's a huge touristic area, with endless hotels and apartments towers, mainly directed towards the British market. As such, the beach has all the characteristics one could expect of such a location: all the structures are available, as well as plenty of restaurants and gift shops around, and no parking. That's correct. No parking. Most of the people coming to this beach during the season are accommodated somewhere around and just walk there.
Provided coordinates are of a nice watching spot, on the top of the nearby cliffs - accessible from the beach.
