This is an historical high water marker located at the so-called 'Kurpfälzisches Amtshaus' at the 'Marktplatz' in Neustadt, Germany, Rheinland-Pfalz.
This marker is engraved at the gate of the building. It says 'HW SC 26-27. Nov 1882'.
The high water happend at 11/27/1882. The complete old town of Nerustadt was flooded.
There are several markers all over the old town. this one is nearby to the Town Hall.
