Local attraction on Mascot Road near a zinc mine. The rock has been painted to be a snapping turtle. Have been refreshed over the years. Current artist appears to be "Austin".

No really good parking at the rock, but small pulloff about 100' NW. Be careful as mine truck barrel fast along this roadway.

Here's a photo showing the artwork was in place in October 2004.
