This versatile weather house was designed by architect Paul Griesser in 1951 and displays not only time and temperature, but also humidity, air pressure, solar radiation, wind velocity and wind direction. It is the successor of an older one of its kind, for photographic evidence shows a similar structure on the same site as early as 1910.

Dieses vielseitige Wetterhäuschen wurde 1951 von dem Architekten Paul Griesser geschaffen und zeigt nicht nur Zeit und Temperatur an, sondern auch Luftfeuchtigkeit, Luftdruck, Solarstrahlung, Windgeschwindigkeit und Windrichtung. Es ist der Nachfolger eines älteren Exemplars und Fotos aus der Zeit um 1910 herum belegen, dass bereits damals ein ähnliches Wetterhäuschen an gleicher Stelle stand.
