We have driven past this artesian well many times, and at different times of the year, and the water flow and pressure seems not to vary significantly through the year.
It is in a farmer's pasture and waters the horses he keeps there. He has installed a 1 inch galvanized stand pipe with a smaller (about 3/4 inch) nozzle on the end, and the water pressure is sufficient to send the water upward about twelve feet from the ground. The unimpeded flow must be a several gallons per minute to achieve this. I give it 5 stars for pressure - I've never before seen an artesian well that could match this one for the height reached by the water as it exits.
