This mark is located at the northeast corner of Lehigh and Touhy Avenues in Niles, IL. The marker is embedded in the sidewalk, towards the northwestern end of the sidewalk.

The mark is from the "State of Illinois Division of Highways" and is described as a "Survey Point". What appears to be a year (1987) is stamped, as well as "ROW", presumably denoting that it is Right of Way marker. Furthermore, the mark was "set by RLS". It would appear that the designation is "35-2252".
