This QLD Permanent Survey Marker disk is set just off Duck Creek Rd west of the Gold Coast. Duck Creek Rd is a 4x4 only track which leads up to O'Reilly's guesthouse from Beaudesert.

The loop up to O'Reilly's and back makes a great 4WD day trip from Brisbane.
