The site for the original cemetery of the Presbyterian congregation of Johnston's Corners, Gloucester township, Carleton county, Upper Canada, was deeded by John Johnston in 1840: lot 23, concession 4, Rideau Front. The cemetery was closed soon after 1900. Monuments account for more than thirty burials. This cemetery is maintained by the Johnston's Corners Community Cemetery.
The safest place to park is on the property of the Rideau Carleton Raceway.
